About the role

  • You handle daily invoice processing and approvals in Candis and perform preliminary accounting in Moss.
  • You independently manage our accounts payable inbox and record incoming payments.
  • You support our Controlling team with monthly cost and profitability reporting and analyses.
  • You actively contribute to creating procedure documentation and risk-control matrices for our core processes.
  • You correspond with internal departments and external partners regarding payment statuses and payment reminders.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled student in Business Administration, Finance, Business Management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • First experience in administration, accounting or controlling is a plus.
  • Confident user of Google Workspace.
  • Proactive, hands-on mentality, highly reliable and quality-conscious.
  • Fluent German (written and spoken) and good English skills.
