About the role
- Planning and procurement of raw materials and packaging
- Managing end-to-end order management
- Primary operational point of contact for suppliers in day-to-day business
- Preparation of monthly rolling forecasts
- Responsibility for inventory management in the intermediate warehouse
- Coordination of annual stocktakes
- Conducting monthly analyses of inventory levels
- Preparing monthly KPI reports
Requirements
- Several years of solid professional experience in operational purchasing or supply chain management (preferably in the food/FMCG sector)
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Positive attitude and passion for the work
- Hands-on mentality
- Excellent analytical skills, conscientiousness, and logical thinking
- Business-level (negotiation-level) German and fluent English
- Willingness to travel and a valid driving license
