Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and coordinate program-level operations supporting the Immigration Records and Identity Services Directorate (IRIS) Verification Division (VER).
Overall responsibility for the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and financial management of the VER program portfolio.
Establish strategic goals and facilitate executive stakeholder engagement.
Ensure program objectives are met through direct and remote team management.
Serve as the principal point of contact between the contractor team and the Government.
Lead and guide the work of technical staff while upholding performance standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in program and project management.
At least 5 years managing large-scale, complex federal programs or initiatives with a focus on immigration.
Certifications (one or more required): Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Agile, or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
Experience with Agile methodologies, program planning, risk management, and performance reporting.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills at the executive level.
Minimum 5 years of experience with immigration policy, agencies, and offices in the immigration ecosystem.
