About the role

  • Implementing and maintaining advanced security measures to protect the program environment from cyber threats.
  • Conducts security assessments, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing tailored to the high-security DevOps and sustainment support framework.
  • Monitors network and system activity, promptly responding to potential security incidents.
  • Develops, enforces, and continuously updates robust security policies and procedures to comply with agencies and federal standards.
  • Provides specialized cybersecurity training to personnel.
  • Collaborates with IT teams to ensure secure development, deployment, and maintenance of the system.

Requirements

  • JR - BS IT; Comp T/A, A+, or Network+ Certs preferred; Entry level, Cyber management
  • MID - BS Network engineering, CISCO CCNA Certs preferred; 8 yrs Cybersecurity
  • SR - MS Cybersecurity, CISSP Cert preferred; 12 yrs, Cybersecurity and management
  • One of the following certifications: CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+), CompTIA Security+, GIAC. Security Essentials Certification (GSEC), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP+)
