About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct individual or group workplace health and safety initiatives
Monitor employees’ individual health status
Prepare the annual activity report
Lead and coordinate the multidisciplinary team
Gradually take responsibility for monitoring a portfolio of employees during specialization training
Report to the supervising physician and the Director

Requirements

Medical degree (MD or equivalent)
Registered with the relevant medical council
Interest in discovering and training in occupational medicine
Adaptability, delegation skills, and strong attention to detail
Ability to make decisions independently
Comfortable working as part of a team
Excellent interpersonal skills
