• Manage the employee lifecycle from hire to exit: draft employment contracts and amendments, monitor telework arrangements and enrollments with various organizations (health insurance, provident schemes, social organizations, etc.), and handle related HR correspondence.
• Skills management: participate in the recruitment process for ETAM employees (employees, technicians and supervisors) through the completion of probationary periods.
• HR procedures and job descriptions: update procedures and job descriptions according to the needs of the associations.
• HRIS: support the implementation of the new HRIS.
• Gain exposure to how an occupational health and workplace prevention service operates.
