Construction Technical Control Engineer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the technical monitoring of construction projects (structural integrity, fire safety, accessibility for people with disabilities, acoustics, thermal performance) from design through to completion and handover
- Conduct project studies, plan analyses, on-site inspections, and prepare reports
- Contribute to the agency's growth by building client relationships and offering complementary services
- Collaborate in the development of new service offerings
- Participate in the evolution of procedures by taking part in working groups or testing new tools/software
- Support clients through all stages of their project requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Engineering or equivalent
- Prior experience as a Construction Technical Control Engineer
- Driven by challenges
- Recognized for your rigor, customer-service orientation and commitment
- Valid driver's license (Category B) required
