About the role

  • Act as the technical control advisor to the project owner on construction technical control assignments
  • Ensure technical oversight of construction projects from design to handover (structural integrity, fire safety, accessibility for persons with disabilities, acoustics, thermal performance)
  • Conduct project studies, plan reviews, and on-site inspections
  • Prepare reports including your technical assessments and recommendations
  • Contribute to the development of new service proposals
  • Participate in the improvement of our procedures by joining working groups as required and testing new digital tools
  • Support our clients through all stages of their needs and build long-term relationships
  • Contribute to the agency’s business development

Requirements

  • Degree from an engineering program specialized in Civil Engineering/Construction (BTP) or equivalent
  • Initial experience as a Construction Technical Control Engineer
  • Motivated by challenges and eager to contribute to the growth of our agency
  • Recognized for your rigor, service orientation and commitment
  • Driving licence (category B) required
