About the role

  • Work with project owners (clients) on technical construction control assignments
  • Provide technical oversight of construction projects from design through to handover (structural integrity, fire safety, accessibility for people with disabilities, acoustics, thermal performance)
  • Conduct project studies, plan analyses, and on-site inspections
  • Draft reports including your technical assessments and recommendations
  • Collaborate in the development of new service offerings
  • Contribute to the evolution of our procedures by participating in working groups and testing new digital tools
  • Support clients through all stages of their needs and build long-term relationships
  • Contribute to the commercial development of the agency

Requirements

  • You hold an engineering degree specialized in Construction/Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • You have at least 2 years' experience in a control/inspection office (bureau de contrôle)
  • You are agile, responsive and rigorous (M/F)
  • You have strong interpersonal skills
  • You want to contribute to the development of our agency
  • You hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
