About the role

  • Work with the project owner/client on technical control assignments for construction
  • Ensure the technical follow-up of construction projects from design to handover/acceptance of works (structural integrity, fire safety, accessibility for persons with disabilities, acoustics, thermal performance)
  • Carry out project studies, plan reviews, and on-site inspections
  • Prepare reports including your technical assessments and recommendations
  • Collaborate in the development of new service offerings
  • Contribute to the evolution of our procedures by participating in working groups and testing new digital tools
  • Support our clients at every stage of their projects and help build long-term relationships
  • Contribute to the commercial development of the agency

Requirements

  • Engineering degree in Civil Engineering/Construction (BTP) or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the sector
  • Agile, responsive and rigorous profile (M/F)
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Valid driving licence (Category B)
