About the role

  • Talking over the phone to customers with broadband tech-related queries.
  • Helping customers with simple router questions or complex issues requiring ownership.

Requirements

  • No specific experience required, but naturally helpful, calm with the ability to build relationships is essential.
  • Solving problems and technical competence with technology would be beneficial.
