About the role
- Own and deliver revenue targets, solo or as part of a high-energy virtual sales team
- Get on the front foot with outbound sales—regular customer calls and promoting BT products and services
- Team up with field sales and specialist experts to win opportunities across BT’s core product lines
- Keep forecasts and KPIs accurate and up to date for leadership teams
- Spot and manage churn risks before they become problems
- Find and win new customer opportunities
- Grow the business using a smart, multi-channel sales approach
- Close your own deals, bringing in specialists when needed to meet customer needs
- Be the desk-based go-to for customers and partners, building strong, long-term relationships
