About the role
- Responsible for the in life delivery of 24x7x365 technical support meeting the agreed contractual SLA’s
- All communications are in English (both written and spoken)
- Incident management
- Change preparation + implementations
- Vendor engagement
- Troubleshooting calls
Requirements
- At least 1 year work experience
- Higher grade formative cycle (University degree or Formación Profesional Grado Superior)
- Strong networking foundation (Cisco’s CCNA or CompTIA’s Network+ is a plus)
- Network foundation certifications are highly valued as well as any vendor security related ones.
- All communications are in English (both written and spoken) as both the client and all other internal teams that we work with are global so it is important to have a good English level.
