About the role
- Producing robust and timely Customer Demand Forecasts (CDF) for use by Networks and Group.
- Produce, develop and maintain complex models of network demand, continually improving forecasting techniques to adapt to evolving business needs
- Modelling of future use cases of services across fixed and mobile
- Manage stakeholder input across the Consumer and Business.
- Ad hoc support for Strategic questions from senior stakeholders
Requirements
- You will be able to use and develop forecasting models using a variety of tools (e.g. complex Excel spreadsheets, object-based model, databases and analysis tools)
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Python/SQL
- You can work with large, varying quality, data sources and the ability to improve MI
- Producing high quality, easy to share outputs / insight
- Working effectively with widespread and remote virtual teams across the whole business
- Continual learning mindset to be able to adapt to new tools and new technology developments
