About the role

  • Producing robust and timely Customer Demand Forecasts (CDF) for use by Networks and Group.
  • Produce, develop and maintain complex models of network demand, continually improving forecasting techniques to adapt to evolving business needs
  • Modelling of future use cases of services across fixed and mobile
  • Manage stakeholder input across the Consumer and Business.
  • Ad hoc support for Strategic questions from senior stakeholders

Requirements

  • You will be able to use and develop forecasting models using a variety of tools (e.g. complex Excel spreadsheets, object-based model, databases and analysis tools)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Python/SQL
  • You can work with large, varying quality, data sources and the ability to improve MI
  • Producing high quality, easy to share outputs / insight
  • Working effectively with widespread and remote virtual teams across the whole business
  • Continual learning mindset to be able to adapt to new tools and new technology developments
