About the role

  • Lead enterprise-wide initiatives from strategy through execution, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and delivering measurable business impact.
  • Drive high-impact business programs that accelerate growth, improve performance, and strengthen market position.
  • Partner with leaders across Technology, Operations, Finance, and other business units to identify opportunities, define solutions, and deliver outcomes that matter.
  • Oversee cross-functional initiatives that enhance enterprise systems, workflows, and operational capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level reporting, status updates, and success metrics to track progress and celebrate wins.
  • Anticipate and remove roadblocks, escalate appropriately, and keep stakeholders aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Deep benefits administration industry experience is required for this role.
  • 10+ years of program or project management experience in a corporate or technology-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with enterprise-level impact.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering measurable outcomes on high-visibility, high-impact initiatives.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and distill challenges into actionable solutions.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment with distributed teams.
