About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the successful development, configuration, testing, and delivery of benefits administration solutions for Channel Partner implementation clients
  • Partner with the Implementation Leader to facilitate kickoff meetings, requirements discussions, and project status meetings
  • Manage implementation timelines, set expectations, anticipate risks, and communicate delivery schedules
  • Analyze client requirements and configure system functionality
  • Collaborate with Product Management, EDI, and other internal functional teams
  • Support validation of benefits class matrices, requirements templates, rates, permissions, field options, site text, data imports, and vendor file exports
  • Configure and test system functionality for accurate client setup
  • Assist with client training and education
  • Evaluate implementation processes and identify efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction improvements
  • Identify implementation risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Coach and mentor Channel Partner implementation team members
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client inquiries
  • Support testing and validation of enhancements and configuration changes
  • Triage and escalate client issues
  • Consult clients on best practices and recommend system or process improvements
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, client services, implementation, or related roles
  • Experience with benefits administration technology, HRIS platforms, payroll systems, or related software solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent listening, problem-solving, and client relationship management skills
  • Ability to operate effectively and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities
  • Ability to understand and manage complex business and technical concepts
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and project management capabilities
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data analysis techniques
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and customer service
  • Minimal travel may be required
  • Preferred: experience supporting Channel Partner implementations or benefits administration clients
  • Preferred: knowledge of enrollment platforms, eligibility processes, carrier integrations, and EDI functionality
  • Preferred: experience with software testing, UAT, and implementation methodology best practices
  • Preferred: professional experience in Human Resources, Benefits Administration, Payroll, or HR Technology industries
