About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and provide technical guidance through implementation of new client websites
  • Update client sites as requirements change, including benefit class matrices, requirements documents, rates, permissions, field options, site text, and implementation question logs
  • Test client sites for quality assurance and drive resolution of identified issues
  • Partner with product management, development, and call center teams to meet client deliverables
  • Create, manage, and obtain client sign-off on implementation deliverables
  • Configure systems for annual benefit program changes and client acquisitions
  • Execute non-automated service delivery processes
  • Research and resolve client system and process inquiries
  • Train clients through presentations and demonstrations
  • Test system functionality and conduct technical and product demonstrations
  • Triage client tickets within 24 hours and maintain ownership through resolution
  • Drive process improvements and lead client meetings as needed
  • Coach and mentor team members
  • Manage carrier and payroll feed setup and maintenance
  • Support sales and marketing activities, lead special projects, and develop fulfillment procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of direct client-facing experience and/or associate or analyst experience
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Experience in benefits administration, including benefit plans, eligibility rules, enrollment processes, and client benefit programs
  • Hands-on experience configuring benefits administration platforms, including plan setup, eligibility rules, rates, permissions, and site configuration
  • Solid technical background and ability to configure complex systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining quality outcomes
  • High productivity, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Teamwork, client service, and business-results orientation
  • Preferred: experience supporting HR technology or SaaS-based benefits administration platforms
  • Preferred: experience in professional services or client implementation environments
