About the role
- Support EDI Integration Consultants, Integration Managers, Configuration Specialists, and Development Managers focusing on file configuration, testing, and delivery of interfaces.
- Configure files on the bswift EDI platform (Feedbuilder) to meet client and carrier deliverables.
- Configure files based on client plan requirements and carrier file layouts.
- Test new and existing file transmissions to ensure accuracy of client/carrier requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client/carrier inquiries regarding system and process issues.
- Provide timely communication of status updates to ensure projects stay on track.
- Deliver clear and detailed root cause analyses (RCA) back to Client Services within Ticket Tracker when troubleshooting issues.
- Assist in QA testing and production verification during quarterly product releases.
- Attend weekly team meetings to review priority topics.
- Assist with Feedbuilder trainings and learn the file failure process.
- Complete maintenance-type tickets such as archive files, PGP key updates, and file replacements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Current or previous experience with benefits and/or implementation processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of MS Office products (preferred).
- Basic understanding of Microsoft SQL Server (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with technical and non-technical personnel.
- Ability to listen, clarify, and respond effectively to questions.
- Initiative, high productivity, reliability, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to make timely decisions and operate effectively in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work nights or weekends as necessary to meet client deliverables.
