Measure and track effectiveness of technology and product initiatives, identifying trends, performance gaps, and optimization opportunities

Requirements

5+ years in business analytics, management consulting, investment banking, or strategy
Strong SQL skills; advanced Excel proficiency
Comfort with data visualization tools (PowerBI or equivalent)
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-priority switching environment
Proven ability to build and deliver business cases with speed and rigor
Experience leveraging AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to increase analytical output
Strong cross-functional relationship skills and collaborative mindset
Intellectual curiosity and a bias for digging deep into details
