About the role

  • Serve as both a Salesforce Business Analyst and Administrator, gathering and translating business requirements, configuring and maintaining Salesforce, and contributing to strategic platform enhancements.
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate requirements into Salesforce solutions and user stories.
  • Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews.
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce (objects, fields, workflows, validation rules).
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Build reports, dashboards, and automation flows.
  • Assist in defining priorities and shaping the roadmap for Salesforce enhancements.
  • Participate in backlog refinement and sprint planning discussions.
  • Work closely with developers, QA, and business teams.
  • Provide end-user training and documentation.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of Salesforce experience (Admin + BA responsibilities).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and declarative tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
  • Preferred: Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst certifications.
  • Experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
  • Exposure to backlog management tools (e.g., ADO, Jira).
