About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Source, qualify, and enrich leads across DACH markets to keep our CRM accurate and insightful.
- Maintain and optimize data in HubSpot, Salesloft, and Metabase, ensuring a clean and reliable sales pipeline.
- Support Sales Operations by improving CRM workflows and documenting key processes.
- Pre-qualify inbound leads and assist SDRs in focusing on high-potential opportunities.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- An analytical and data-driven mindset
- Interest in sales, growth, and CRM tools
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented skills
- Proficiency in English and French/Spanish/Dutch or German.
- A first experience with Google Sheets / Excel (and HubSpot is a plus)
- A university agreement
- Availability for 5-6 months in full-time
