About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Centralized Business Manager position available in Phoenix, AZ
- Be a part of the journey of empowerment and engagement
- Handle account management and rent collections
- Process new lease/move-in processing
- Manage move-out inspections and deposit accounting
- Conduct month-end reporting responsibilities
- Resolve resident complaints and handle miscellaneous administrative tasks
- Complete required training guides and participate in continuous education/training opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Account Management and Rent Collections
- Utilize software to manage accounts, rent collections, and resident notices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Implement and track renewals once approved by Manager
- Generate monthly renewal spreadsheets from after Yieldstar approval
- File Meets Audit Compliance
- Screening, POI, ID Verify, ESAs, PetScreening Demographics
- Schedule pre-move-out inspections for the maintenance team
- Ensure maintenance completes timely move-out inspections and Statement of Home Condition
- Conduct monthly audits of move ins, move out, apps, NTV
- Report any escalated issues to the property manager
- Meet virtually with each property manager weekly
