About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support a DoD client across CBRN and Force Protection mission and client sets
- Develop training design and development activities
- Plan and execute experimentation
- Integrate product support elements into the program’s DevSecOps process, pipeline, and capability
- Apply Department of Defense Instruction for Product Support and Acquisition processes to the client’s program
- Develop and implement training analyses, plans, designs, and activities
- Develop curriculum and technical media
- Draft and review operator manuals, technical bulletins, and related documentation
- Support experimentation and test and evaluation events
- Schedule, track, and report meetings and briefings
- Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate meetings, activities, and events
- Participate in and support event execution
- Decompose and analyze requirements for program design and engineering activities
- Advise and participate in cloud delivery plan and strategy activities for CBRN software systems
- Lead facilitation of meetings, tabletop exercises, demonstrations, and other events
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum SECRET level clearance
- 15–20 years of relevant experience supporting CBRN and/or logistics mission areas
- Experience conducting training of CBRN software systems for warfighters
- Experience with experimentation of CBRN software systems
- Working knowledge of logistics and product support elements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- Superior writing ability
- Critical thinking and clear communication ability
- Ability to problem solve and work effectively with a team in a fast-paced environment
