Key responsibilities & impact

Execute assigned configuration tasks, data preparation activities, and documentation deliverables as directed by the Senior or Principal Consultant.
Complete configuration workbook sections, build NetSuite records, and conduct initial configuration testing within defined scope.
Support data migration activities including data cleansing and validation testing.
Actively develop functional knowledge across core NetSuite modules through on-the-job delivery and self-directed study.
Document and track defects clearly during testing phases and follow BPC delivery methodology consistently.

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–3 years of experience in ERP implementation, business systems consulting, accounting/finance, or a related field.
Foundational understanding of core business processes: order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with structured data and process documentation.
Clear written and verbal communication; able to produce professional client-facing documentation with guidance.
NetSuite Suite Foundation certification required within the first 12 months of hire.
Preferred: Prior exposure to NetSuite or comparable ERP platform in an implementation or analyst capacity.
Experience in accounting, finance, or operations roles that included system configuration or process improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables in a fast-paced project environment.
