About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle NetSuite EPM
Serve as the Client's advocate throughout each engagement
Participate in all phases of full-cycle EPM implementations: Plan, Design, Build, Verify, Deploy, Support
Manage scope, requirements, and budget across all phases
Lead discovery and requirements gathering workshops
Drive process mapping, reengineering, and future-state design
Advise clients on standard functionality and leading practices
Perform fit/gap analysis to inform system design and execution
Translate complex business requirements into technical designs
Provide post-go-live support as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 - 3 + years of end-to-end Oracle NetSuite EPM (Account Reconciliation, Planning and Budgeting, etc.) implementation experience for mid-market and enterprise organizations
5 + full-lifecycle implementations preferred
Consulting or industry background in FP&A or accounting
Familiarity with data migration procedures and FP&A application integrations
Working knowledge of AI features within Oracle Cloud EPM (IPM, Predictive Planning, Reconciliation AI assistance, etc.) and the ability to translate them into client value.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems
