Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have at least four years of experience in Recruitment or HR, with experience recruiting sales or commercial roles preferred.
  • You communicate fluently in English (both verbal and written)
  • You have a strong understanding of sales talent and can identify candidates who will thrive in different sales environments, recognising the personality traits, motivation, and commitment needed for long-term success
  • You are self-motivated and work well independently
  • You have experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (preferred but not required)
  • You can hit hiring targets and deadlines without compromising quality
  • You have the ability to assess candidates' communication skills, motivation, and suitability for sales roles
  • You're comfortable working as an independent contractor (handling your own taxes & benefits)
  • You can complete the Recruiter Assessment as part of the hiring process
