About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Source, screen, and facilitate the hiring of candidates who match client requirements, including job description, compensation, and culture fit.
- Secure clear candidate commitments for accepted job offers.
- Manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
- Meet monthly hiring targets.
- Follow recruitment standards, including data privacy and data protection policies.
- Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 4 years of experience in Recruitment or Human Resources.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred but not required.
- Proven ability to meet hiring targets and deadlines without compromising quality.
- Comfortable working as an Independent Contractor (responsible for personal taxes and benefits).
- Willing to complete the Recruiter Assessment as part of the hiring process.
