Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 4 years of experience in Recruitment or Human Resources.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred but not required.
  • Proven ability to meet hiring targets and deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Comfortable working as an Independent Contractor (responsible for personal taxes and benefits).
  • Willing to complete the Recruiter Assessment as part of the hiring process.
