About the role

  • Supports the owner by owning the pre-contract admin workflow, keeping sales opportunities moving, preparing estimating support inputs, and coordinating quote requests and follow-ups.
  • Reduces owner interruptions, speeds up sales-to-contract progression, and improves consistency under load.
  • Owns sales-to-contract pipeline progression support, including next actions, follow-ups, and status visibility.
  • Issues, tracks, and follows up on quote requests.
  • Prepares estimating support inputs including basic take-offs and itemised schedules with reference notes or markups.
  • Tracks client selections and approvals to prevent delays and late-stage issues.
  • Creates and maintains SOPs for all workflows owned by this role.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented coordinator who enjoys tracking multiple moving parts and closing loops.
  • Comfortable with plan reading at a basic level and producing structured take-offs and item lists.
  • Strong written communication and confidence sending professional pre-contract emails.
  • System-minded. Builds templates and SOPs while delivering the work.
