About the role
- Supports the owner by owning the pre-contract admin workflow, keeping sales opportunities moving, preparing estimating support inputs, and coordinating quote requests and follow-ups.
- Reduces owner interruptions, speeds up sales-to-contract progression, and improves consistency under load.
- Owns sales-to-contract pipeline progression support, including next actions, follow-ups, and status visibility.
- Issues, tracks, and follows up on quote requests.
- Prepares estimating support inputs including basic take-offs and itemised schedules with reference notes or markups.
- Tracks client selections and approvals to prevent delays and late-stage issues.
- Creates and maintains SOPs for all workflows owned by this role.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented coordinator who enjoys tracking multiple moving parts and closing loops.
- Comfortable with plan reading at a basic level and producing structured take-offs and item lists.
- Strong written communication and confidence sending professional pre-contract emails.
- System-minded. Builds templates and SOPs while delivering the work.
