About the role
- Design and develop comprehensive learning programs and experiences that drive organizational transformation in corporate environments
- Translate strategic insights into engaging, interactive learning programs using creative learning experience design, innovative approaches, and cutting-edge technologies
- Conduct stakeholder interviews across departments to uncover needs, pain points, and opportunities
- Analyze existing training programs, employee feedback, and organizational data to identify gaps
- Research company financial metrics, investor reports, and strategic priorities to inform recommendations
- Create compelling decks that translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights
- Design comprehensive human-centered learning experiences based on adult learning principles and innovative instructional approaches
- Bring fresh, innovative approaches to traditional corporate capability-building challenges
- Create design documents to gain alignment with and iterate on program design with clients and stakeholders
- Create comprehensive facilitator guides, slide decks, and participant program materials and experience supports for in-person and virtually-facilitated programs
- Build interactive e-learning modules using Articulate 360 with creative, engaging elements
- Facilitate pilot testing with target audiences, synthesize inputs, and iterate based on feedback
- Build client and stakeholder relationships that uncover their evolving needs
- Create structured project workplans with tracked milestones
- Manage learning design projects with strong attention to detail and timelines
- Maintain transparent communication with clients and internal teams through proactive updates and documentation
- Facilitate effective client meetings with thorough preparation and comprehensive follow-up
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of experience designing and building in-person and virtual programs as a learning designer in corporate environments
- Strong project management capabilities with experience managing multiple initiatives and stakeholder relationships
- Expert-level PowerPoint skills including slide design, visual storytelling, and presentation development
- Excellent presentation and communication skills when working directly with clients, including the ability to lead project meetings, present findings and recommendations clearly, and build rapport with stakeholders
- Creative mindset with demonstrated ability to bring innovative approaches to learning challenges
- Solid proficiency with Articulate 360/Storyline or similar
- Basic proficiency with video editing and graphic design tools
- Familiarity with and curiosity for using AI tools for learning enhancement
- Adult Learning and Instructional Design skills
