Procurement

• Source, evaluate, and manage global apparel factories and raw material suppliers
• Travel internationally to build and manage supplier relationships and implement sourcing strategies
• Lead supplier negotiations on cost, terms, capacity, lead times, and manufacturing standards
• Ensure calendar alignment and on-time delivery
• Partner closely with Product, Tech Design, and Supply Chain to align raw material sourcing with seasonal line plans
• Build strong working relationships with domestic and international factories to ensure calendar alignment and on-time delivery
• Collaborate on demand forecasting to optimize inventory levels, turns, and in-stock performance
• Monitor supplier performance through scorecards, SLAs, and regular reviews
• Develop and execute contingency plans for supply disruptions
• Collaborate with Quality and Compliance teams to ensure materials meet durability, safety, and sustainability standards
• Support material compliance testing, certifications, and sustainability reporting
• Maintain weekly WIP tracking to monitor production progress
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to sourcing strategy development
