About the role

  • Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, resources, and timelines.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead transformation initiatives to modernize platforms, operating models, and delivery practices to improve speed, quality, and business outcomes.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between project teams and stakeholders.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to executive leadership and project sponsors.
  • Facilitate regular meetings to ensure alignment and gather feedback.
  • Implement and enforce best practices for project management and delivery.
  • Assist in mentoring new project managers.
  • Conduct regular assessments of project performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience successfully managing complex IT projects from initiation to completion.
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing large-scale IT implementations, system integrations, or enterprise-wide projects.
  • Proven ability to manage project budgets effectively, ensuring financial objectives are met.
  • Track record of effectively managing relationships with diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership, project teams, and external partners.
  • Demonstrated expertise in identifying, assessing, and proactively mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Experience leading change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption in a dynamic organizational environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Possession of advanced certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certifications are highly desirable.
  • Experience leveriging applied AI to improve decision-making, automate routine work, and enhance product and process outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and technologies.
