Requirements

A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience successfully managing complex IT projects from initiation to completion.
Demonstrated experience overseeing large-scale IT implementations, system integrations, or enterprise-wide projects.
Proven ability to manage project budgets effectively, ensuring financial objectives are met.
Track record of effectively managing relationships with diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership, project teams, and external partners.
Demonstrated expertise in identifying, assessing, and proactively mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience leading change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption in a dynamic organizational environment.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
Possession of advanced certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certifications are highly desirable.
Experience leveriging applied AI to improve decision-making, automate routine work, and enhance product and process outcomes.
Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and technologies.
