About the role
- Plan, organize, coordinate, and execute own activities with coordinator supervision
- Perform onsite installation of Bruker AXS equipment and accessories according to factory specifications
- Provide comprehensive training to customers on hardware, software, safety protocols, and maintenance
- Diagnose and resolve issues through remote and onsite support
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and troubleshooting on instruments
- Collaborate with service management, sales colleagues, and administration to prepare quotations, manage material orders, and monitor tasks
- Participate in factory training courses and stay updated on product features and software
- Travel within Northeast Spain (mainly Cataluña and Baleares) and internationally to Italy
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and trust in products and services
Requirements
- Qualification in electronics; qualified technician/technical engineering
- Proven experience in field service engineering, preferably with X-ray-related products
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software installation, maintenance, and repair
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and SAP
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of Italian is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently; organized and efficient
- Flexible attitude towards working hours
- Valid driver’s license and passport
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and confident, open-minded manner to build customer relationships
- Must be located in Barcelona or its surroundings
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally (Italy)
