Plan, organize, coordinate, and execute own activities with coordinator supervision.
Perform onsite installation of Bruker AXS equipment and accessories according to factory specifications.
Provide comprehensive training to customers on hardware, software, safety protocols, and maintenance requirements.
Diagnose and resolve issues through remote and onsite support; perform preventive, corrective maintenance and troubleshooting on instruments.
Collaborate with service management, sales colleagues, and administration to prepare quotations, manage material orders and monitor tasks.
Participate in factory training courses and stay updated on new and existing product features and software.
Travel across Northeast Spain (mainly Cataluña and Baleares) and internationally (Italy); develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
Qualification in electronics; Qualified technician/technical engineering.
Proven experience in field service engineering, preferably with X-ray-related products.
Strong knowledge of hardware and software installation, maintenance, and repair.
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and SAP.
Excellent command of English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, organized, and efficiently.
Flexible attitude towards working hours.
Valid driver's license and passport.
Positive attitude and professional appearance; professional and confident manner.
Must be located in Barcelona or its surroundings; willing and able to travel domestically and internationally (Italy).
