Field Engineer

• Plan, organize, coordinate, and execute own activities with coordinator supervision.
• Perform onsite installation of Bruker AXS equipment and accessories according to factory specifications.
• Provide comprehensive training to customers on hardware, software, safety protocols, and maintenance requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve issues through remote and onsite support; perform preventive, corrective maintenance and troubleshooting on instruments.
• Collaborate with service management, sales colleagues, and administration to prepare quotations, manage material orders and monitor tasks.
• Participate in factory training courses and stay updated on new and existing product features and software.
• Travel across Northeast Spain (mainly Cataluña and Baleares) and internationally (Italy); develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
