About the role
- Provide first-line support for our members in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark
- Advise members on our different membership options
- Handle incoming questions and issues efficiently by offering helpful, solution-oriented responses
- Identify and report bugs or other issues in the app
- Support the team with various administrative tasks
Requirements
- A quick learner who can handle multiple systems and conversations at once
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership
- Flexible, service-minded, and genuinely enjoys helping others
- A natural problem solver
- Comfortable doing calculations
- Fluent in English and Swedish – bonus if you speak Norwegian, or Danish aswell
- Citizen of Sweden
