About the role
- Provide oversight for branding, positioning, and marketing penetration strategies, ensuring alignment with growth team.
- Manage a Marketing Associate responsible for day-to-day marketing execution (brand management, content, campaigns, digital presence, events).
- Set strategic direction for marketing initiatives, establish priorities and KPIs, and ensure marketing efforts support revenue growth, pipeline development, and brand recognition.
- Drive the full sales cycle: from outbound outreach and discovery to solution presentation, to proposal support, and contract negotiation.
- Provide oversight for development of all marketing materials, and support proposals development activities.
- Lead “Client Voice” initiatives, including survey execution, and analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required.
- Minimum of six (6) years of progressive experience, including people and/or project leadership responsibilities.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
