About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design scalable, repeatable national programs deployable across regions
  • Establish frameworks and best practices for regional adoption
  • Partner with national and regional stakeholders to ensure successful execution and adoption
  • Measure performance and continuously optimize based on results and feedback
  • Support development and deployment of scalable regional marketing programs by coordinating assets, workflows, and logistics that drive new business growth, retention, cross-sell, and pipeline development
  • Manage timelines of key deliverables within regional strategic programs to ensure consistency, quality, and timeliness
  • Provide executional support for regional events, sponsorships, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives, including planning, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-up
  • Maintain program trackers, calendars, and documentation to provide real-time visibility into status, risks, and next steps
  • Manage seminar logistics, including presentation reviews, dry runs, attendee tracking, follow-up actions, and asset distribution
  • Partner with the Regional Marketing Leader to coordinate social media deliverables, including copy, asset readiness, approvals, and scheduling for regional initiatives and events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with at least four (4) years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training
  • Experience planning and managing events
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills and utilize a thoughtful approach to solving problems
  • Proficient with Microsoft products such as Outlook, Excel, and Office365
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality
