About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Issue certificates of insurance and evidences of property insurance.
  • Issue ID cards.
  • Order loss runs and experience mods from current carriers.
  • Order MVRs when required for wholesalers.
  • Process change requests, endorsements, and invoice agency bill items.
  • Process policies, complete checklists, and communicate discrepancies with the Account Executive (AE).

  • Maintain and update spreadsheets.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Exceptional telephone demeanor
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Professional office environment experience (Preferred)
