About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process and upload policies, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, invoices, and related documentation with speed and accuracy
- Prepare and issue binders for new and renewal P&C business in accordance with company guidelines
- Review and execute suspense items and service requests within established timelines
- Assist with rating, endorsements, and cancellations as directed
- Develop working knowledge of carrier forms, underwriting requirements, and internal procedures
- Provide professional customer service via phone and email to internal and external partners
- Issue Notices of Cancellation (NOCs) as directed by carriers, Accounting, or leadership
- Support Commercial Lines submissions as needed
- Maintain organized and accurate records across internal systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies, audit standards, and E&O risk mitigation practices
- Collaborate with team members to meet workflow demands and service expectations
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 – 3 years' experience in a similar position
- Strong multitasking capabilities in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent proofreading and accuracy
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field (Preferred)
- Bilingual (Preferred)
