About the role
- Building and maintaining scalable, predictable, and high-quality applications
- Building new functionality for existing systems
- Planning and troubleshooting of infrastructure migration and upgrades
- Executing, reviewing and correcting vulnerabilities in software based on testing results
- Participating in Code reviews by reviewing others code and having their code reviewed by other developers.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience
- At least 3 years experience developing and supporting software applications
- Required Power Systems Technologies RPG Free, RPG/ILE, RPG/IV, RPG/III, RPG/SQL CLP DB2 for IBM i SQL for IBM i Query for IBM i
- Proficient with Microsoft T-SQL, MS Office Suite
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with development staff
