About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work with Underwriter, ensuring that all required information is obtained, proper applications are completed
Provide full assistance and support for the sales and production process
Work with Underwriter when reviewing risks submitted by Producers
Review indications, quotes, binders, submissions and policies for completeness and accuracy
Become thoroughly familiar with the use of all agency management software systems and suggest labor saving uses
Order and review inspections
Issuance of Certificates of Insurance

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or equivalent
Exceptional telephone demeanor
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
One (1) to two (2) years related experience
