About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Source, recruit, screen, and schedule interviews for top talent
  • Coordinate with hiring managers on job descriptions, talent pipelines, and college partnerships
  • Post job openings, utilize Predictive Index (PI) for candidate selection, and develop a strong talent pipeline through networking initiatives and employer branding
  • Partner with employees and leaders on employee relations issues, providing coaching and guidance
  • Administer and coordinate PI assessments, conduct stay interviews and annual performance reviews and implement improvements for operational effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations
  • Process paperwork, maintain accurate personnel records, and update organizational charts
  • Assist with benefits administration and payroll processing (as backup)
  • Coordinate with staffing agencies and manage our internship program
  • Support the creation and maintenance of company policies, as needed
  • Implement HR projects and initiatives as directed by Head of Team Resources, including change management, engagement activities, and coaching leaders
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and collaborate effectively with internal and external partners
  • Assist the HR team in coordinating company events and meetings.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
  • SHRM-CP designation preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a get-it-done attitude
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task, self-direct, and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
