Key responsibilities & impact

Markets RFPS Spreadsheets (including review and updating)
Collect Quotes Spreading quotes from carriers
Answers carrier questions
Request renewals
Participate in pre-renewal meetings.
Collect 5500 schedule A’s, submit information to vendor, ensure filing is completed for each client.
Gather membership data for PCORI fees, calculate fees, and send to clients.
Act as liaison between B&B legal and Oak Brook office
Send compliance updates to office and clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma
College degree (Preferred)
1 – 3 years of industry experience
MS office skills (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
