Key responsibilities & impact

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs
Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies
Detect, and report system errors and discrepancies, analyze and develop specifications for the correction of errors
Assist in maintaining interfaces between commercial system vendors.
Performs functionality and system testing to simulate end user experience
Perform exploratory testing and analysis for quality assurance before an application is released.
May lead and direct the work of others.

Requirements

What you’ll need

May require a bachelor's degree in a related area
2-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area
Familiar with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the insurance field
Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts.
