About the role
- Support all administrative and operational aspects of the end-to-end recruitment process
- Maintain compliance in all pre-hire processes
- Drive workflow efficiencies, always working towards improving and streamlining processes
- Handle interview scheduling, travel arrangements, and other required support activities for the interview and recruiting process
- Handle background checks and I-9 verification coordination ensuring timely processing and escalation of issues
- Provide post-offer support for candidates as needed
- Responsible for recording and maintenance of TA documentation & best practices
- Provide Workday administrative support for the end-to-end talent Acquisition process
- Create Job Descriptions in compliance with internal audit requirements
- Schedule and coordinate both onsite and virtual career fairs for TA partners.
- Direct posting to additional job board resources i.e. Indeed, handshake, Facebook.
Requirements
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software programs - Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Exceptional problem solving, time management, and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and consistent delivery of the highest quality of work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to exercise tact, discretion, and the initiative to efficiently meet the demands of multiple internal customers
- Disciplined time management skills
- Passion for people and dedication to candidate experience.
