💰 $60,000 - $90,000 per year

About the role

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calling (100–120 calls per day) to engage decision-makers.
  • Generate qualified meetings for Producers across Employee Benefits, Property & Casualty, and Workers’ Compensation.
  • Build and maintain targeted prospect lists to support focused outreach campaigns.
  • Research, identify, and qualify new business opportunities using digital tools, data sources, and industry insights.
  • Maintain 100% accurate CRM documentation, including all activities, follow-ups, notes, and meeting outcomes.
  • Execute structured outreach sequences via phone, email, and LinkedIn to meet and exceed activity and meeting KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with Producers to align outreach messaging, share insights, and support joint prospecting strategies.
  • Participate in coaching sessions, power hours, objection-handling training, and weekly performance reviews.
  • Support industry-specific prospecting initiatives and coordinated outbound campaigns.
  • Uphold Brown & Brown’s service standards while representing the organization with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or business development is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, with strong preference for Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Prior experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or inside sales is beneficial.
  • Willingness to obtain applicable insurance licensing within the first 120 days.
