About the role
- Provide support activities to the Bridge Pointe Administration team and Structured Settlement teams
- Prepare and track settlement quotes, premiums, and payment schedules
- Maintain accurate case management records
- Generate denial letters and prepare for mailing by Document Solutions Team
- Audits Quotes being entered by Operations Support Team
- Daily Customer Service with medical providers and members
Requirements
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional telephone demeanor
- Good working knowledge of Human Anatomy
- Good working knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Experience in Workers Comp preferred
- Adjusters license
- Experience in Medical Billing/Coding
