About the role

  • Assist in building and testing machine learning models under guidance from senior developers
  • Contribute to data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation tasks
  • Support integration of AI components into existing platforms and workflows
  • Document model behavior, performance metrics, and validation results
  • Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business analysts to understand use cases and requirements
  • Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and team retrospectives
  • Engage in continuous learning through internal training and mentorship
  • Help monitor deployed models for drift, performance, and reliability
  • Support human-in-the-loop validation processes and feedback loops
  • Assist in maintaining AI documentation and knowledge repositories

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science
  • Familiarity with Python and ML libraries and AI Foundry (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
  • Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn in a team-oriented environment.
