About the role
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce Administrators, ensuring alignment with business goals and professional development.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
- Drive process improvement initiatives using Salesforce and Microsoft tools (Power BI, Power Automate, etc.).
- Collaborate with the Internal Project Manager, Solutions Delivery Manager, and AI Strategy & Adoption Manager to support the rollout of strategic technology initiatives.
- Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and workflows.
- Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with internal policies.
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize system usage and automation.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Salesforce and/or Microsoft-based business systems.
- Strong understanding of process design, automation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience leading technical teams and cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with AI adoption strategies is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Preferred Salesforce (Admin or Advanced Admin certification preferred)
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)
