About the role
- Mentor and train financial analysts and work closely with the Director of FP&A
- Assist FP&A in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, ad hoc analysis, and operational initiatives
- Review/prepare income statement fluctuations and provide clear variance explanations
- Analyze year-on-year growth, profitability, and performance to budget and forecast
- Review/prepare budgets and forecasts across supported Profit Centers
- Partner with Profit Center Leaders to develop metrics and provide actionable business intelligence
- Develop and maintain relationships with finance and operational teams across the organization
- Provide standard and ad hoc analysis and prepare presentation material for financial review meetings
- Assist in acquisition integration/due diligence and implementation of finance tools
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in an analyst role
- Experience delivering projects and initiatives with measurable financial results and focus on organic growth
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI preferred
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, ad hoc analysis, and operational initiatives
- Experience supporting acquisitions, integration, and due diligence
- Experience implementing finance tools (Workday Adaptive, Agency Management systems, Risk Match, Carrier Scorecard analysis)
