• Architect the Future: Evolve the Modern Data Platform strategy, architecture, and roadmap across cloud environments, data domains, and business lines.
• Drive Enterprise Alignment: Partner with the Chief Data Officer, Data Platform, and Data & AI Enablement teams to drive adoption of our Enterprise Data Strategy.
• Enable Governance & Innovation: Establish and maintain policies, standards, and solution patterns that balance agility with compliance and scale.
• Mentor and Inspire: Provide hands-on leadership to Data Solution Engineers, division architects, and engineering teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.
• Evaluate and Evolve: Continuously assess the data tech landscape and evolve our architecture to stay ahead of business needs and innovation curves.
